Integrated analysis approach to structure PPP schemes for new infrastructure projects

Abstract When considering public–private partnerships (PPP) for new infrastructure development, it is necessary to structure a project scheme based on the financial analyses from perspective of private businesses, bankability finances lenders, and public expenditure viewpoint sector after satisfying criteria economic analysis national economy. Although these four are closely related, difficult comprehensive because they typically implemented individually. Therefore, this paper proposes an analytical approach that integrates economic, financial, bankability, conduct comparative evaluation various business schemes, including PPP. First, basic idea integrated was explained in detail. After developing each table spreadsheet, derived by interconnecting tables. In addition, using prepared virtual toll road project, usefulness structuring confirmed through case studies.
